CUPS 8.6 & OCS 2007 integration

Hi all,

        We have migrated to CUCM & CUPS 8.6 integrating with OCS 2007. There are a few users that is having problem to make a call via OCS with the error  “No Phone System Connection”.

I have also used RTMT to capture the logs during the test call and only see the below message which doesn't look useful.

15:38:54.342 |[Tue Oct 23 15:38:54 2012] PID(31417) getCallIdxByCallID():NOT FOUND CallId. callIdx=4

15:39:00.923 |[Tue Oct 23 15:39:00 2012] PID(31416) ctigw_alloc_qbe_call_array called but qcb->qbeCallArray already points to a memory address.

15:39:01.026 |[Tue Oct 23 15:39:01 2012] PID(31414) getCallIdxByCallID():NOT FOUND CallId. callIdx=4

15:39:01.187 |PID(31419) mod_sip_ua.c(1880) ua_handle_ack(): ACK request with body:

On the OCS admin side, we have also ensure that the "server URI" and "line URI" is set correctly.

What else could be a problem?

PS : we have login/logout the user and also rebooted the user PC.

Hi Brandon,

Can you go to

CUP Admin pages --> Diagnostics --> Microsoft RCC Troubleshooter

Fill out the userid of the user who has issues with the RCC along with the ip address of the OCS server.

Can you tell me if everything checks out ?
