CUPS and CUC MailStore not connect?

Dear everybody,

I am trying to config the CUPS and UnityConnection, and allows the CUPC to check voicemail

- CUCM 8.6

- CUC 8.6

- CUPS 8.5

- CUPC 8.6.1 and 8.5.1

In CUC, the following are done

- check "allow Users to Access VoiceMail Using an IMAP Client"

- select "Allow Users to Access Message Bodies"

- check "allow users to use unified Client to Access Voice Mail"

- Require secure messaging > "Always"

- Users > Message Setting, check "Mark Secure"

In CUPS, the following are done

- Voice Mail server protocol/port : HTTP/80 (tried HTTPS/443, but failed to connect)

- Mailstore protocol/port:  (tried TLS/7993, TCP/143, SSL/993, but all failed to connect)

- end users associated to the Voice mail profile

However, the CUPC still cannot connect to the "Voice message store"

Here are what I found from the status log:

"Server status and Notifications" shows

Voice message status : Host/Network reports server unavailable

"uc-client.log" shows

Which part did I configure incorrect or missing?
