I have just completed an online Cisco Customer Satisfaction Survey. I answered every question and left some comments in the comment box. Having done that I clicked on submit. I was returned the same screen, pre-filled with all of my responses, asking me to "select a rating for each of the below questions." No matter how many times I click on the buttons, it will not accept my responses. Additionally, there is no help or "report an issue with this page" button. This was not a good experience.
