What is the UC Software pack you are using. Are you using CUE 8.6.x version, if so you can try CUE editor express using the webadmin GUI.
In webadmin System -> prompts menu you can upload the greeting wav files that you wanted to use.
In System -> Script, you can click New and customize your AA script using the prompts.
