CUVA Not Working over VPN

We have IP Communicator and CUVA installed and both works fine when the user is in the internal LAN but CUVA does not work when the user is connected via VPN (IP Comm is working). I've created an ACL that allow UDP 5445, 5446, and TCP 4224 but CUVA is still not working. I got a message "Cisco Unified Video Advantage is not connected to any phone". I've also tried changing the network settings (Adapter) in the IP Comm and I'm getting the same error message. Has anyone got the CUVA working over VPN? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

IP Comm version - 8.6.6.0

CUVA version - 2.3.2.0

AnyConnect - 3.1.09013
