I have a question about the UCSS

If a customer buys CUWL with UCSS three years, he has the opportunity at the end of the contract to extend the UCSS for example, two more years

Hi Franco,

Absolutely. The UCSS with CUWL is mandatory for the first three years, after which you can renew it for another 1yr, 3yr or 5yr term. The UCSS can be renwed upto 90 days before the expiration date and should be renewed within 30 days of the expiration to maintain continuous UCSS coverage.
