Trying to upgrade from CallManager 4.3 to 7.1 using the DMA software. The export is successful but the validation is not. I receive the attached errors and can't find what they mean anywhere.

Hi Chris,
You seem to be hitting http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCso58747
What DMA version are you using ? What is the detailed version of the Windows CallManager ?
Can you try the following ?
- Delete "C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManager\DBInstallCSV\Products\TypeTimeZone.csv"
- Run DMA again and check if the DMA validation completes this time
- Sriram

I am unable to open that link but I will try those fixes you mentioned.
