DBreplication issue CUCM 6.1

Hi All,

 

I am using Cisco 7845 MCS server (CUCM 6.1) and facing dbreplication issue.

 

admin:utils dbreplication status
****************************************************************************************************
This command reads and writes database information from all machines and will take quite some time...please be patient.
****************************************************************************************************

Error returned -1 at 1321
Error returned -1 at 802
command failed -- General Error (-1) (-1)
Output is in file cm/trace/dbl/sdi/ReplicationStatus.124300.out
 

server details:

 

Publisher

TFTP

sub1

sub2

 

Remote location server:

bckup sub 1

bckup sub 2

 

i am able to take web console of server at remote location as we as all others.

 

admin:show network cluster

First of all was there any change made on the servers, any extended WAN link outage etc or any reason you think this might have happened?

Run below commands from the publisher server and then all sub servers:

 utils dbreplication stop

Once you have verified dbreplication is stopped then from pub server run:

utils dbreplication reset all

It will take some time for the replication to setup, after about 30-40 mins run the following from all servers:

utils dbreplication runtimestate

and post the output here.
