Default pwd length in Template

I am trying to set the default password to 6 digits. When I save, the template reverts to 12345. The mininum password length is set to 6 digits.

Where do I check to see what the call handler is doing.

Hi - Are you running 4.0(4) SR1 without any engineering specials? You may be hitting bug CSCef07484.

Symptoms: When trivial passwords are allowed, changes to the phone password on the Subscriber Template > Passwords page in the Cisco Unity Administrator (the SA) are not saved. The engineering special is ES48.
