Deleted messages still being played on phone

I am using a Cisco DX650 model phone and occasionally when I get a new voicemail message on my phone and play the message  the message being played is an older message I already deleted and to be able to hear the new message I need to reset the phone.  Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hi,

I do not see a bug for this behavior but I have come across such an issue once and it was fixed by a firmware upgrade of the DX650. Can you confirm the cucm and DX650 firmware versions and try upgrading the firmware to the latest one.
