Deleted user in Unity but still says it still there

Hello,

I deleted a user from cisco unity verison 9.1 but it still says the user has voicemail profile, what commands can I type that would force the user to be deleted in unity?

It might be that there is a dependency that needs to be disassociated.

When I search for the user it doesn't show up the name in the Cisco Unity web base so I need to know how to fully delete from the database using the command line.

It seems it hasn't fully left the unity database

SQL write queries are absolutely not supported. Do not make your situation worse by corrupting your database.

Check dependencies as Garry mentioned and then validate the overall platform/cluster health. Assuming the mailbox has not dependencies you have a larger problem worth addressing (eg database replication).
