I'm trying to get an contact database built in access to dial the phone number of the contact being viewed. I have Cisco Smart CallConnector Advanced Client installed and working successfully and while I am able to add a reference to the CallConnector.ocx file with the call connector I am unable to run the dialnumber function with out it having errors. There is a large amount of contacts so importing them into outlook is not viable.
Does anyone know of a method where the database can dial the number from access (even if it is through outlook) with one mouse click?
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
