We have a Single Number Reach setup where a cell phone is the remote destination of an internal number. The cell phone rings 7 seconds after the internal number is called. No problem with this.
However, when someone tries to call the cell phone number directly with their deskphone, the internal number is called first. This results in confusion for the caller seeing the internal number on their phone screen + there is a possibility that colleagues use the pickup function and intercept the call.
Is their a way to call this remote destination cell phone number directly? Or is the only solution putting the timer to 0 seconds?
Thanks in advance.

This behavior is controlled with service parameters under CallManager service "Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - Reroute Remote Destination Calls to Enterprise Number)"
But this is to either enable to or disable, the timers would still be driven by the timers set on the RDP config.
