Solved: DMA import to Callmanager 7.1

Hello All,

I have taken a DMA from my old Callmanager version 4.1 and have built a new callmanager server on 7.1. I am searching for a document to allow me to import the DMA onto my new 7.1 Server. The DMA consists of the following:

DMA .tar file

Dmabackupinfo.inf

licupgrade.lic

I have setup a SFTP server and when i try to point to this server i get message "Remote host contains no valid patch"

Hope you can point me in the right direction.

DMA data is imported during the install of the 7.1 and not after. During the install one of the first questions it asks is if you are using migration tool during the install (no the upgrade screen).

So you will need to reinstall 7.1 and say yes during that install screen.
