Do Any Voice Apps have the Ability to Send a Test Syslog message?

I configured a remote syslog server in CCX.  Is there a command that will send a test syslog message to that server? 

I could just set the reporting level high and wait a few minutes, but I'd rather not do that.  I thought I remembered some command but maybe it was from a router.

?? something like: send log "test message" 10.10.10.99

But I don't see any 'send' in CCX.
