Do we have COBRAS tool for Unity connection to upgrade from 6.X to 8.X?

Hi All

I couldn't see a COBRAS export for Unity connection 6.X?

they only avalailable from unity connection version 7.X and 8.X

So I wonder how do we back up the greeting or messages in the environment of Unity connection 6.X to upgrade to 8.X

Well, there was no 6.x version of Unity Connection - the versions went 1.1, 1.2, 2.0, 2.1, 7.0, 7.1, 8.0, 8.5, 8.6 and soon 9.0

There was never a 6.x release (or 5.x or 4.x or 3.x for that matter - we changed our numbering alignment in the 7.0 release to synch up with UCM at the time).

so I guess the question at hand is what version of Unity Connection you've got there?

sorry i wasn't clear it was a version 6.1 business edition

ie CUCM with Unity Connection.. So i would say it would be Unity connection 2.x

the question here is how do i back up the greetings for the customer ..I don't want to go through version 7.x at all

due to the time limitation..
