Hi all!
We have Archive Recording Older set to 7 days and Prune Policy to 90 days. I need to get a call recording about a 30 days ago, but Media Sense S&P is unable to find any recordings older than 7 days.
On the Archive Configuration page Automatically Archive MediaSense Audio Recordings setting is disabled and SFTP server pointed is actually offline. Is it possible that MS sends archive recordings to "null" and cleans its own database? Is there any way to search recordings more accurately from command line rather from web interface?

First of Archival is different than Pruning, Archival is a mechanism wherein you can copy the recordings from MS to a remote SFTP location in order to access your recordings at a later point of time in case if they are not available on MS. What recordings will remain on the server and for how many days is actually controlled by your Pruning Policy configuration.
On the Prune Policy Configuration page, if it is set to
1) Automatically remove associated data and converted media files then after pruning, Recording's data and MP4 files will be removed automatically from Media Sense server. So, these recordings (data and MP4 file) can't be accessed by any way from Media Sense server
2) Do not automatically remove associated data and converted media files then the meta data for the session is still available in Media Sense database for query and will remain there until specifically requested to be deleted from the API. Look at the below MS Developer Guide for the available APIs and try to use them in order to find out the required recording
