Hi,

Can anyone help ???

We have CUCM cluster with one pub and one Sub integrated with Microsoft Exchagne 2010 for voicemail. When we try to call the Vociemail subscriber number from any of the PSTN phone, it is going to the exchange greeting and Exchange is asking to enter the extension, but the DTMF is not working.

can anyone help in any of the settings in the CUCM SIP Trunk. Currently the DTMF setting the CUCM SIP Trunk is " No Preference" and in the cisco voice gateway where the PRI's are there it is dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric\

Is this the correct settings..

Are you using MTP?  Per MSFT publication:

  • Media Termination Point = Checked. When this field is unchecked, the CUCM sends SIP INVITEs to the UM server with no SDP in the offer. When checked, the SIP INVITEs contain SDP in the offer. The UM server supports both, but Checked is required if there are Cisco SCCP phones connected to the PBX.

Here it their integration guide:

HTH,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Yes MTP is enabled in the Trunk.

The issue is when we try to access the Vociemail subsciber from PSTN..Internally when we try it is working..Im expecting is there any DTMF command needs to be configured in the Voice GW.

Currently we have dtmf-relay h24-signal in the incoming voip dialpeer
