Empty page after login ELM with CUCM version 9.1.2.10000-28

Hi Guys,

I have this version of CUCM  Version: 9.1.2.10000-28 and if I want to access ELM then after login the page is empty, I tried all browsers (chrome, firefox, chrome) but has no luck!

Any help for that please
