Hi
My customer run a cluster of CUCM Version 8.6 with G722 codec disabled. We plan to enable it by setting to enable Enterprise Parameter "Advertise G.722 Codec" and by checking Service Parameters "G722 Codec enabled"
I am not sure if those two action need the restart of cluster, or simply the reset of phones, can someone help?
Thanks
Regards

That should not require either, most of the settings that do need a restart/reset will tell you upon change that something else is needed for them to take effect.

Hi,

After making any changes under Enterprise Parameters, you need to reset all the devices. This includes Phones, Gateway, Trunks etc. You do not need to restart CUCM cluster.
