Error - CUCM 7.1 - Backup Device

I'm trying to create a backup device in cucm 7.0, but I'm not getting it. When setting up the Backup Device on another Server it works. Already tried to restart the services of DRF Master and Local.I'm using SolarWinds, but I've tried with FreeTFTP and the same problem.

Error logs:

Hi Will,

Have you tried to do the following?
1. Are you running on Windows server? Have you restarted it?
2. Check connectivity from CUCM by doing "utils network ping <<IP>>"
3. Double check your credentials.
4. Check firewall

Thanks for the suggestions. I have already validated them all. Currently it is only pending that my client validate his firewall.
