Error install cucm 12.5

Hello,

Im installing the cucm 12.5 and getting the error (pleas see attach) I downloaded the ova / iso from the cisco site.

from the attached screenshot,you were trying to install cisco unit connection and not cucm?I guess you are using non bootable iso file which you downloaded from the cisco website.Bootable iso files can be downloaded from cisco website.You need a service contract .

however you can use cdrtf to make the file bootable.

Its a cucm the same I used for other installs, the strange thing is that Im getting this error.

I am confused. You were trying to install cucm and the screenshot shows cuc.I have cuc,cucm and imp 12.5 running in my lab.

Qs

1. which hardware are you installing it on?

2. are you using a bootable or non bootable iso?

Since you did other installations with the same cucm,did you install on the same hardware ?

if you don't mind,can we look at it together

Your tile says CUCM, But the screenshot is for unity. If CUC use unity OVA.  Make sure  Md5 value for  file which you used  match with the value mentioned on the site.
