Error when attempting to configure UC540 with CCA

Hey guys,

I've borrowed this UC540 from work to try and get it running for testing. Basically when I attempt to do anything in CCA I get this error in the console:

22:58:07,484 [ERROR]  getCUECmdSvc() CmdSvcException - CUE communication failed

It will sit on the "Loading Voice related data..." forever.

I'll upload the full log file as well. I'm not sure exactly how to fix this so if anyone could help that would be much appreciated! Thanks

Hey Charles, I appreciate the response.

I had a look and tried doing what was suggested in that thread but still having the same issue. I assigned 10.1.10.1 to the integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 interface and can be ping'ed by my PC going through the UC540 but still getting the error. Any other help is appreciated! Thanks

Is your firewall turned off?

Yes it is. I also disabled Microsoft Security Essentials to be sure

Hey Charles, any other suggestions? Thanks

Link below references a UC520, but same issue.

https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11925656/uc540-issues-loading-related-voice-data-reset-factory-help

"I solved my problem by doing this:
1. Reset CUE module (To factory default)
2. Reset UC520 (To factory default)
3. Connect CCA, Run the Setup Wizard and everything works great now."

Hey charles thanks for your reply,

Could you assist me in the command for Resetting the CUE module to factory default?

I assume after erasing the startup config and doing a reload I'm expecting I'm going to enable the HTTP server and auth again?

Thanks

Take a look at the posting below.

Good document!

Hey charles!

sorry for the late reply I was obtaining a usb cf card reader to backup the contents. I tried doing all of that but still having the same issue... I'm completely stuck as to how to fix this now...

Thanks

Anything else Charles?

Thanks
