Dears,
I need your help i have been configured my exchange um server and call manager as the following topic
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13591
but when i tried to dial exchange polit number i got busy tone.
Post the SIP dialog and identify the calling/called party numbers, as well as the IPs of CUCM and the Exchange UM role server. We'll see if we can spot an issue and provide suggestions to address it if CUCM is at fault.
Trunk Configuration
Configuration
The Inbound Calls, Calling Search Space is < None >. Assuming yoru DNs and such are in partitions, you need a CSS and a reset of the trunk.

I changed it but still same issue.
NOT THE CORRECT SETTING
That's the Incoming Calling Party Settings section, not Inbound Calls as I stated.

Thank you Jonathan for your prompet reply, please see the below image i changed the setting but still same issue.
At this point we'll need the CUCM SDI/SDL traces to see what the issue is. Ensure that troubleshooting traces are enabled when you reproduce the issue and call out the gateway IP, calling/called number, and timestamp of the call.

There should have been a 100 TRYING response from Exchange. If you're not getting a response there is either a routing problem (unlikely) or a misconfiguration on Exchange. The later would be a question for a Microsoft forum though.
What are you mean of routing problem?
