Expressway E without UDP traffic

Hi team,

 

After the change of the link of internet, there no traffic UDP in Expressway E.
In the Jabber status, is possible to see the packets send, but none is received.
When capture of logs in the Espressway E, is possible to see there no UDP traffic.
In the firewall, all the UDP ports are open and the IPv4 static NAT address is already changed to the new IP of the new link.
Does someone have some idea about why the Expressway E has no UDP traffic?

Have you updated the public DNS A record with the new IP address?

If jabber can register via MRA, I think the DNS is ok, but when I Check, the IP of the expressway is different from the IP in the IPV4 Nat Address, how is possible for the jabber to register via MRA? 

IP address of Expressway will be your DMZ IP address. on the expressway E> ip configuration  Page if you enabled nat, you have to update the Public IP.

 

Refer below guide and make sure  that your opened  ports as mentioned in the document for MRA. (Refer the doc  corresponding to your expressway version)
