External calls not working with Cisco Gateway 2811 connected to E1 line

Hi everybody, hope you're all fine. I need your help about an issue I'm encountering with my TOIP installation (Call Manager & Gateway 2911). Since my gateway has been restarted, I'm not able to make or receive external phone calls.

After entering the command debug isdn q931 & debug voip ccapi inout, here is what happens when trying to call from inside to ouside :

Already tried to reboot the gateway and the E1 BOX installed by the ISP unsuccessfully. The communication between the ISP and the E1 card seems to be good as we can see events when calling...

Can you please help me ? any idea ?

I tried something else. I wiped the configuration and restored it again. But there are some lines I can no longer execute (strikethrough) :

dspfarm profile 10 transcode 
 codec g711ulaw
 codec g711alaw
 codec g729ar8
 codec g729abr8
 codec g729r8
 codec g729br8
 maximum sessions 3
 associate application SCCP

 Lines that start by "codec ..." show "unrecognized command". And I can only execute "maximum sessions 0": no other number is accepted.

This is because you do not have enough dsps to execute those commands. Fix the DSP issue on the router and you should be able to configure transcoding resources

So it looks like my gateway has a problem with its motherboard. I set up a new gateway with similar settings and now I think I no longer have DSP issues. When trying to call, I now have the disconnect code 44 :

I agree with Shalid, we need to see the config on the router to help figure out what is going on.

The Disconnect Cause Code=47 is most often a codec-mismatch error, which gives the media resource error Shalid mentioned as the router looks for a transcoder that it doesn't have.

The call in the other direction is a little more interesting, and may be a separate problem. The "switching equipment congestion" implies that your router is determining that wherever it is trying to send the call is "busy". That could be a loop, that could be a CUCM signaling issue, and could be other things as well. Again, posting your config is the next thing.
