extn mobility phones do not auto logout after fixed time

users are logged in ok , however the auto logout is set to 12hrs ( correctly configured on service aprameters etc)

when i check the devices I can see on the phone page it seems to be logged out but the cust is still logged in .. this is clusterwide

I can manually log out the user from the log out button

Any ideas why this is happening ?

Have you just configured this? Or was it working before?

It is a customer of ours,  cm was installed 417 days ago,  as it is auto logout it is possible the customer has just noticed this as an issue ..  we can log the customers phone out using the logout button on the device page of cm .

I have checked the extn mobility of the servers and it is configured for auto logout after 12 hrs , if you look at the diagram it shows it considered it as logged out after 12hrs but the user is still showing logged in
