Failing registering to VCS

We are configuring/installing a new VCS on a Laboratory network.

After we completed the basic configuration on VCS, we install a new Jabber (4.5)  client on my PC, but when I try to login on my new VCS we received the same error on Jabber client:

! Login Failed

due to registration failure

If the problem persists contact IT

support.

On my "Cisco VCS Starter Pack Express Deployment Guide for VCS X7.2" I did not find anything about this kind of error.

We are on the same local network, so we do not have tcp ports blocked.

Do you have any idea about the source of this problem?
