Failure of Call Transfer from Cluster to Cluster

We are Having two clusters (A & B) with CUCM V 7.1....Cluster A and Cluster B are connected via MPLS...The Call is flow is as follows,

1. Call is coming from a PSTN phone

2. It is hitting in an IVR and is getting forward to an Agent sitting in cluster A as per the IVR settings.

3. Now, Agent in Cluster A receives the call and he wants to transfer to another agent in Cluster B

4. This call transfer is getting fail. No voice in both phones.

5. Also, If the Agent in Cluster A is not answering the phone, the CFNA has been set to another Agent in Cluster B

6. This CFNA is also getting fail.

We tried to transfer the call internally to another agent in same Cluster and it is working fine.. Can someone help where the problem is..Architecture diagram is attached for reference.
