Feature Functionality Question Cisco Unity Connection Version 10.5.2.10000-5
We are migrating away from Avaya CS1000 PBX & CallPilot Voicemail to Cisco CUCM & Unity. When on CallPilot, we had a mailbox that was set to send a notification to a digital beeper pager when a new message arrived. When the pager received the notification, the pager display would show the call back number to the Call Pilot voicemail system as expected and it also shows the transmitted CLID of the caller the left the new voicemail message. Now that I have recreated the voice mailbox on Unity, the pager will display the Unity call back number as programmed however; it does not show the CLID of the caller who left the new message. Is Cisco Unity unable to perform this operation as CallPilot did? If yes, how do I set it up? I see nothing in the pager notification setup or class of service that gives me the option to transmit the caller’s CLID.
