We are experiencing an issue with finesse when trying to run UCCX in HA. Node 1 (primary) works fine with no issues what so ever but on node 2 finesse is out of service at all times. We activated finesse service on both nodes, restarted UCCX, replicated db. On top of that before we started to run Finesse, CAD worked fine on both nodes and failover worked correctly.
