Forwarding a Virtual Phone

I am trying to forward a phone number to an external number from another phone.  The forwarding number is always changing because it is a helpdesk number and it forwarded to different cell number.

For Example ext. I want to be able forward ext. 8000 to my cell number but do this from  extension 8500. either because 8000 is not a physical phone or no one is near that number.

You could use the GUI user interface,  the Admin would associate the soft phone or UDP to the users that would need to make the call forwarding change.  At least that is how we do it.
