Customer is running Unity 4.0(4)SR1 with Unified Messaging (Exchange 2K3). If a message is forwarded via the phone to another user, the recepient can check message either via phone or in Outlook. But, if the Voice message is forwarded via Outlook, the recepient can only listen to the message in Outlook. The message is not accesible via the phone. Is this normal behaviour?

It's normal if you haven't installed VMO in Outlook - the message class is not preserved without that so it doesn't look like a voice mail to Unity after it's been forwarded from the desktop.
If you install VMO and forward messages from the desktop it should be available over the phone as well.
