You cannot login because the phone is JAL-enabled. JAL-enabled phones are not compatible with CAD".
I gone through some cisco document saying that Join across line/Direct transfer across policy option status should be set to OFF. But i dont find option in 9971 series phone.
Any Reply for this query. Highly Appreciated.
But this issue is particularly happening for one user. Other agents using 9971 series, don't have any issues while logging into CAD
