GUI login error on Prime Collaboration

Hi,

 

I have installed Prime collab on VM as per the mandatory requirements (RAM,CPU etc.). The issue I am facing is that whenever I try to login with the username and password I have entered during the setup, it does not work on the GUI.

I read only that I need to check NCS application but VM shows me that NCS application is not installed.

 

Could someone help me on this please.

In case you have not already solved this, which PC application are you having problems with; PCP or PCA?
