HA showing "Running in Backup mode"

Hi,

I have enable HA for two nodes . One is showing "running in backup mode " and the other one showing "failed over". What could cause this? i have attached screen shot..

Hi Sonam,

Server Recovery Manager service running on the two nodes in IM&P is responsible for exchanging keep alives and monitors certain services. If one of the node goes down or any of the critical service stopped on one of the nodes, the other would trigger a failover. You need to check if one of the nodes went down or if there was any service interruption/service crash.

You can check the event viewer application logs.
