HDD disk speed for Collaboration Deployment

I am looking at getting a new UCS server to replace some aging servers to run my collaboration infrastructure.  I would like to get 4 600GB HDD and deploy using RAID10 but trying to decide betweek 10K or 15K speed drives.  I would rather get the 10K because of the cost difference however I want to make sure I wont have issues with IOPS if I go this way.

There is no specific guidance for that

If you're not using a TRC, It's up to you to make sure that your HDD and RAID choices are capable of meeting the required IOPS the applications you will install need.
