[Help] Ldap Sync 0 results.

Hello,

I have CUCM (11.5) configured to my own LDAP server.

I created LDAP server to pull data from mongoDB instead of AD (for specific reasons).

when trying to sync i receive the following error in the logs (which i cannot attach due to CUCM living in offline system):

LDAPSync(<some uuid>) Failed to check LDAP - javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: [LDAP: error code 32 - No tree found for: ]; remaining name ''

From the logs it seems it is sending an empty DN

BUT

On my server i do see the DN  it is sending and the server is responding with sending the entries

When trying to search data from the server manually with linux 'ldapsearch' tool i do get the entries..

CUCM has support for these LDAP servers.

I’m in the last category, although I have 4 other directories which are
Microsoft AD. Is it possible to set this server as “other” and the other 4
as Microsoft AD?
