help to choose on flex3 plan

Hi

I need to take BE6000 on premise.
I need 35 user with ip phone and jabber on their PC and smartphone as listed below
I also need 2 conference phone
I need ISR voice gateway with FXO and E1 card

4 user with 4 CP-8865-K9= ip phone with voicemail, 4 jabber with voicemail on their 4 PC and 4 jabber android on their 4 smartphone (simultaniusly)
31 user with 31 CP-7821-K9= ip phone with voicemail, 30 jabber with voicemail on their 30 pc (simultaniusly)
2 CP-8832-EU-K9 for conference

Should I take named user or active user ?
I need to know what is the appropriate flex plan for my need

Can I take
Option_1
35 Flex 3 Professional and 2 Flex 3 Enhanced
or
Option_2
4 Flex 3 Professional and 33 Flex 3 Enhanced

AFAIK, active user are not available for calling.

so you need to go with named users.

if 35 user need multiple devices and voicemail, go with 35 professional.

Remaining devices based on the requirement you can choose enhanced or access.

If you are client, To design a proper solution I strongly recommend to involve a partner who is good in voice.
