Help with showing associated hardware device for DN in CUCM 11.5

Hi,

I have a installation of CUCM 11.5 with Device Profiles that can login by Extension Mobility to my phones succesfully. However when i choose a DN when loged in to a device and look under "Associated Devices" only the Device Profile for instance "800" for the device profile for that DN is showed and not the hardware phone the profile is loged in to.

I had wished the hardware phones was listed to example SEP001B5.... this to be able to know if the profile is currently logged in to any devices before making changes to it.

Any advice to how i can make this change? According to our customer it was able to see this in a previous installation of CUCM 8.

Hello Per

Go to Device/Phone and then in the upper right corner you will find "Actively Logged in Device Report" in the drop down menue.

Click go and then you have a report of every device profile that is logged in and there you will see on what deskphone the device is logged in.
