How can I add more than 9 alternate extension under voicemail user?

Hello all,

I have an issue about adding more than 9 alternate extension under one voicemail user. I now that, I can add up to 19 alternate extensions (9 Administrator Defined Alternate Extension, 10 User defined). But to add User Defined alternate extensions?

You will need to adjust Class of Service in order to allow this, refer below:

I did the changes under Voicemail User COS. Only I want to know, under which user I must login and configure Alternate extension?

I found it. I must login to PCA to add user defined alternate extensions.
