How can i connect FXO port as a Private free line to Managers IP Phones

Hi

I want to make a free line for our managers in the company. we have a cucm 8.6 and voice gateway 2811 with 16 FXO ports.

Manager wants to have direct line when press the phone button one line connect to free line on router.

i dont know how can i connect cucm and voice gateway to route these type of calls.

help me please.
