How do presence (blf-speed-dial) and extension mobility behave in a multi-site CME deployment?

So,

CME is active on routers at site A and site B.

Can a blf-speed-dial at site A refer to a number at site B?

Can a user at site A log in to a phone as a user which is defined in site B?

If so, what do I need to know about how to configure these?
