How do you change a consol telephone with CUBAC, same local?

When changing a telephone set for an existing working consol you get a Phone not in Service message.  Do you have to reboot the server to break the association with the original IP address or is there an easier way?

I would first check to ensure that the operator DN is not shared on two devices (e.g. the old phone and the new one). CUBAC does not allow you to choose the device appearence, only the DN to control.

If that fails, restart the CUBAC service.

Hi Jonathan:

That is kind of the answer I expected.  I was hoping there was a way to get it changed without impacting all the other consols for a simple telephone change on one que.  Oh Well.

Thank You.
