I have a recently installed Call Manager Express Version 10.0, with about 20 ip phones CP-7821.
Everything is running good , but my customer ( a lawyer office) needs to know the call duration of every call.
From the 7821 I am unable to figure out how read duration of the old calls.
Is there any way from CME GUI to provide this information to my customer??
