Hi everyone, we have a Cisco Unity ver 10.5.1.10000-7 platform.
We have configured all System Call Handlers ( 66) , and they are running good, but our customer requires to remove the "wait while I transfer your call" message before any DN transfer.
Our system has english and spanish languages configured, so we would like to know:
How we can remove the "wait while I transfer your call" message ??? not only from caller input transfer, we need to remove it from any manual transfer the customer does.

Manish, thanks again, I have read it before, but today I realized the solution.
I solved the problem when the transfer comes from a Caller Input, but when customer select any internal DN , is there an option to remove the message?
