how to add cisco service monitor in operation manager in the same server
i have confusing question any one could reply me ,
i have cisco unified operation manager and service monitor on the same servier
operation manager ip address xx.xx.xx.xx:1741 , when i added the service monitor i choose the same ip address with the same port number and i launched it , i couldnot find any device reports in the service monitor, is it worng to add the same port number? but i read about it and document tell that the same port number is used which is 1741 , i configured callmanager to send cdr to service monitor ip which is the same for both , i didnot find any reports in the service monitor , is it worng to add the same ip and same port number and if wrong what is the port number should be used when first launch the service monitor ..... i hope fast help as possible
or there is something wrong i have to modify .... i couldnot find any thing in the service monitor
