I have in Call Management>System Call Handlers Opening Greetings that is not assigned to any extension. Would like to change that greeting. How can I do that? Thank You.

Sadly the Java version requirements get extremely annoying!
You could always try using Unity connection Audiotext Manager or assign an owner and a temp extension to change it by dialing in.
