How to create or change a system default password?

I would like to know how to change the system default password? So, when I create a new user, the password would be automatically setup with a predetermined password. This way I would not have to create a voicemail box, edit the user's password and enter the password that we use for a so call general or default password (ex. 1234). I ultimately would like to import a user from Call Manager into unity and have the password automatically setup as 1234. Thanks

In Unity Connection you can set that in the template for the user. And have it set to require it to be changed with an associated policy. Easy enough to create that user template.

If you're importing from CUCM, you could sync the login PINs to Unity.
