Unity UM 4.0(5) no TTS. Users want deleted voice messages copied to Deleted Items folder, so COS is set to do so. When users listen to Unity conversation, in 'Saved Messages' they are notified of read emails in Inbox, and in 'Deleted Messages' they are read deleted email info (Just date/time stamp, TTS not licensed) Users do'nt want to hear ANYTHING about emails when accessing voicemail via phone. There are settings for which message types are reported on for New Messages in the Subscriber > Conversation page, but I can't find anything for Saved or Deleted Messages, not even in Advanced Settings Tool.

turn off TTS in the COS.

I'm also having this problem. I've verified that TTS is not turned on in the COS.
Emails aren't read in the New or Saved messages section, only the Deleted ones.
Any solution for this?

Nevermind, got my answer from another thread...
"Because of the potential impact to Unity if it had to sort through the Deleted Items folder (users might have lots of messages in this folder) and seperate the emails from the voicemails, a conscious decision was made to not pursue this type of filtering at this time. "
